1. Introduction

Welcome to VLCC Pakistan's website ("Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VLCC Pakistan or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that the information on our products is accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through our Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours once confirmed. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 6 working days. Shipping is free on orders over PKR 3,500. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will apply. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Returns and Exchanges

Products can only be returned or exchanged if found damaged upon receipt. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing your order number and clear photos of the damaged item along with the packing slip. Do not dispose of the items, as they may need to be returned to be eligible for a refund.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLCC Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products from the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VLCC Pakistan and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
